All supplies and materials are included in the class fee.

• Camp will be held in my design Studio located at 4620 Haygood road Unit #3. The camp will be held inside an air conditioned room with available bathroom. 

• ​

• Campers will be asked to bring a water bottle and snack each day. 

​

• We will email you before the start of the program to confirm your child's registration and inform you of drop off and pick up policies. A valid email address is required for confirmation. You may also opt in to text reminders if you would like. 

​

• Young Minds Designs will not share your email address or personal information with any outside organization.

​

• Transportation is not provided. Your child must be picked up after Young Minds Designs at the specified location on time. ​

​

• We will only release children to the adults specifically specified by you when completing your registration. If another person whom you did not list will be picking up your child, please call or email in advance. Picture IDs may be required of all those picking up children.​

​

• Cancellation received at least two weeks prior to the date of the first class will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after this date, will not receive a refund as supplies for the camp will have already been purchased.

• There are no refunds two weeks ahead of the start of each camp. There are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes. If camp is cancelled due to inclement weather or other events, the class will be rescheduled.

• Should an authorized parent or guardian not be present at the end of class, Young Minds Designs reserves the right to charge a late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute per child beginning 10 minutes after the stated end time of class. Your child cannot return to class until this fee is paid. A second late pick-up will result in your child being removed from class without a refund.
